When and how do I pay?
Payment will be collected after the end of the session. We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
No, for Kaitlin's Face Painting we do not require a deposit but rather a non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee is not part of the hourly rate but is an additional charge. The booking fee must be paid either through Venmo or Zelle to officialize your booking. However, if for whatever reason the face painter is unable to attend the 25$ will be returned. A booking is not officialized until the booking fee is paid. Since we work on a first come first serve basis, we highly encourage you to pay your booking fee as soon as possible.
Do I need to provide a chair or table?
No, a chair and table will be provided!
What must I provide?
A flat location must be provided preferably cement rather than grass. If an event is taking place during the day, a shaded area must be provided. If an event is taking place in the evening proper lighting must be provided.
Can I get an allergic reaction from materials used?
Allergic reactions are possible but EXTREMELY rare. I would recommend that if you or your child have sensitive skin you do not get your face or body painted.
How old must a child be to be face painted?
Due to the sensitivity of their skin, a child must be at least two-years old.
How do I remove my face paint?
Face paint used is water based and can be removed with soap and water or with makeup remover wipes. If you use soap and water, apply wet soap first then rinse off. Some slight pigmentation may remain in strong colors such as blue or green paint but is not permanent.
